Newham council's housing department is on its knees and in need of serious reform. Thousands of tenants are suffering because of various disrepair issues and unsatisfactory living conditions, many of whom are living with serious health problems often caused by these living conditions themselves, and the problems are getting increasingly worse.

 

Newham's housing department is run by incompetent, soulless, narcissistic, psychopaths who run it solely for their own convenience, and until these people are removed from their positions and replaced by competent people with a soul and some humanity, nothing is going to change.

 

I have been a Newham tenant for nearly 16 years and have been put through a living hell as a direct result of their behaviour, and I am done putting up with this. They get away with it because they know (or rather think) they are untouchable, as not enough tenants have the strength to stand up to them, because they are so good at exhausting us into submission to the point where putting up with these problems is considerably less painful than trying to get them to do anything about it.
