Geoff Williams (Head of Lift Maintainance)
You'll be relieved to hear that I don't have an actual photo of Mr Williams as it really is a sight that would scar you for life, for here is a man who is every bit as ugly on the outside as he is on the inside, indeed the photo I used to represent him was far too generous, so I'll leave that one to your imagination. He's the sort of person who upon meeting, you will immediately wonder whether there was any point during his descent to the car-crash he sees when he looks in the mirror that he thought maybe it was time he got a grip, but the fact that he has so little control over his personal life probably goes some way to explaining why he has so little control over his work life.

I've spoken to dozens of council employees about him, who all tell me that he is universally loathed by everyone, which is probably because his sole mission in life is to make everyone as miserable as he is, which he does on a daily basis, seemingly immune from any consequences for his behaviour. He is a textbook narcissist who gets immense, sadistic pleasure from upsetting and annoying everyone he comes into contact with. Indeed, I'd be willing to bet that the satisfaction he gets from being an obnoxious prick extends long after he has finished work, as he probably spends his evenings wanking himself senseless to the thought of the miserable faces he's created throughout the day to the point where he is red raw, and judging by the state of him it is probably the only exercise he ever gets.

This man has deliberately made my life a living hell for the last 15 years, with his refusal to deal with the constant noise disturbances that have been leaking into my flat from the lift shafts, which has been irritating the hell out of me during the day and keeping me awake at night, destroying my mental health and causing me to lose five teeth as a result of grinding them from the stress. I have it on good authority that this is an issue with tower blocks all over Newham, so there are probably thousands of other tenants who are suffering like I am, yet despite the fact that all of the senior executives within Newham council (including the Director of housing and the Mayor) know about this problem and his behaviour, he remains in his job and has not been ordered to rectify the problems. I can only conclude that Mr Williams must have some serious dirt on some of the higher-uppers in order to remain this untouchable.
