Hall of Shame

Kimberley Johns (Housing Liasion Officer)

blank refused to tell me who she had spoken to or what had been said.

When I pushed her on this, she then rather angrily told me that she would not divulge that information, as apparently, I had no business asking her for this because I am not her manager.  This has got to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard come out the mouth of a Newham housing employee, because this is my issue which is having serious effects on both my mental and physical health, so I had every right to expect her to give me that information.
